Fiscal responsibility is an important concern all taxpayers have, myself included.  PayPal fees are 1.1% less than other providers; so I am using PayPal so more of your donation goes to helping versus feeds.  I will excerise the same conservative spending principles as a City Councilmember representing the entire City.  We all work hard for our money.
